Customer and Warehouse services

Responsabilities: 

  - Answer in person or by phone to customer inquiries;

- Receive payments, arrange refunds, exchange and issue credit notes for the returned stock;

- Provide product information to clients;

- Indicate the prices and specify credit and exchange terms, warranties and delivery dates; 

- Prepare sales contracts, accept payments by cash, check, credit card or automatic debit;

- Maintain the inventory;

- Drive the forklift and prepare orders;

Required Skills  

- Hold a valid forklift license (asset);

- Sens of organisation and prioritizing;

- Ability to manage multiple files simutaneously;

- Autonomy;

- Rigorous on the frequency of follow ups;

- Ability to handle a large call volume;

- Must be able to use a computer;

- Ability to manage stress well;

- Bilingual French and English (asset);
