Technical Advisor

Summary of Duties:

Under the direction of the Technical Director, the Technical Advisor will provide representation to construction professionals. He will have to establish a long-term climate of trust with the clientele. Mostly on the road, he will have to develop a new market while preserving the current clientele. Autonomy, integrity and the ability to evolve in the business world are crucial for a technical consultant. Team spirit is essential to this role and to your continued success with Fransyl Ltd.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advocacy with engineering professionals;
• Promote and position Fransyl's building envelope products in the architects' specifications.
• Visit the construction sites on a periodic basis;
• Maintain good communication habits with customers and the company;
• Carry out project follow-ups with rigor;
• Drafting of proposals;
• Develop new clients and maintain existing clients;
• Continuous learning of products;

Required training :

• Sales training or any other training deemed relevant;
• Valid class 5 driver's license;
• Health and safety on construction sites; (an asset)

Skills required :

• Great ability to manage several files simultaneously;
• Ease of learning;
• Rigorous on the frequency of follow-ups;
• Recognized for his interpersonal relations and leadership.
