Technical Services representative

Summary of duties:

Reporting to the Technical Director, the representative will actively participate in the development of this sector by putting forward your expertise in the field. Your primary goal will be to promote A7 Services' products, systems and services to property owners and managers.

Responsibilities :

• Write visual reports (summary) ;
• Write estimates and final reports;
• Explain, understand and sell our Wall and Roof Thermography services;
• Promote our full-time and part-time monitoring services;
• Conduct site visits;
• Sell materials;
• Maintain good communication habits with customers and the company;
• Rigorously follow up on projects;
• Develop new customers and maintain existing ones;
• Continuous product learning;
• Participate in evening and weekend meetings;
• Respect the company's strategic objectives;
• Any other related duties.

Required training :

• Valid class 5 driver's license;
• Health and safety on construction sites (ASP);
• Reading plans and specifications (an asset)

Skills required :

• Bilingual English/French, spoken and written;
• Familiarity with reading plans and specifications;
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant sales experience;
• Autonomous;
• Strong judgment and discretion;
• Team player.
