The responsibilities of the project manager are :

• Monitor project tasks, milestones, and deliverables ;
• Implement and configure the ERP solution ;
• Analyze existing processes and collaborate with various departments in the company to understand their needs ;
• Facilitate and coordinate the various departments involved in the project ;
• Train users on new software features ;
• Resolve technical issues ;
• Provide technical assistance to users ;
• Manage project budgets and timelines ;
• Provide regular updates to management ;
• Stay updated on technological advancements ;
• Facilitate the system rollout process.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field experience ;
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience ;
• Good time and priority management skills ;
• Ability to travel within Quebec and Ontario without restriction ;
• Frequent travel required ;
• Own a vehicle ;
• Class 5 driver's license ;
• Demonstrated initiative ;
• Bilingual: Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written (Mandatory) ;
• Ability to manage a team of 8 people ;
• Adaptability and curiosity for new technologies.
