Return of goods policy (RM) described below must be respected in all circumstances.
ALL RETURNS must be authorized by Fransyl Customer Service and are subject to restocking fees of 20%. Request for returns must be made within 10 working days of the date of delivery. Beyond this period, Fransyl will not accept any responsibility.
1- REQUEST OF RETURN:

The Customer Service department must authorize merchandise returns.
To ensure you receive your credit, each return must include as much information as possible:
- Account/Customer number
- Customer address
- Original Order number/Invoice number
- Description of material with quantity
- Reason of return
2- No merchandise returns will be accepted without having received prior return authorization.
Fransyl reserves the right to refuse goods returned without prior written permission on its behalf. This will be confirmed on receipt of goods to our warehouse. Any products that could be damaged by exposure to the elements (heat/cold/wet) weather will be subject to further scrutiny and may be refused.
3- UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
ALL orders of custom manufactured materials can not be returned in any way.
ALL special orders (including non-stock items) can not be returned in any way.
4- FREIGHT CHARGES:
In the event of receipt of defective non-conforming or damaged product there will be no restocking fee or return freight fee (if applicable). The customer must contact Fransyl Customer Service immediately.
IMPORTANT: In any other case, the customer must cover the costs of transportation as well as the restocking fees.
5- ERROR OF DELIVERY:
Any incorrectly delivered material from Fransyl must be communicated to Customer Service. The customer will receive an RM number. If the fault lies with Fransyl, transportation and freight fees will be covered by Fransyl and arranged as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of authorized goods, Fransyl will officially process the return and a credit will be issued by the accounting department.
